How do I create my first push campaign?

Push Notification campaigns allow you to send browser alerts to users on desktop and mobile devices. They are compatible with most operating systems and browsers and provide a high-engagement format available on the AdMaven platform

Create a new campaign:

  • Click on the Home page at the top of the screen, then select “Create Campaign”.

 


1: Choose your campaign’s advertising format:

Select Push and enter your campaign name.

 


2: In the “Ad Details” section, select one or both formats:

  • Classic Push: Web push for Android and desktop (appears outside the website).
  • In-Page Push: Push-style web banners that appear within the page, compatible with all browsers and devices.


3: Select your Pricing Model:

  • CPC (Cost Per Click)



☆ Pro tip: Always add tracking macros to the URL before launching your campaign for optimal tracking and campaign optimization.




5: Specify your campaign category and conversion flow:

  • Define the campaign type that describes your offer, such as App, Extension, or Installer.


6: Add Creatives:

You can add up to 5 creatives. Each includes:

  • Title (max 30 characters)
  • Description (max 45 characters)
  • Icon Image
  • Main Image

A real-time preview is shown for Android, Windows, and macOS. You can remove or duplicate creatives.


7: Targeting & Bidding:

Geo Targeting:

  • Countries (manually select GEOs)
  • Worldwide (entire global traffic)

Device Targeting:

  • All / Desktop / Mobile

Advanced Settings:

  • Operating Systems (e.g., Android, iOS, Windows)
  • Browser List (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
  • Connection Type: WiFi/DSL or Cellular
  • ISP: Filter by carrier (only if country is selected)
  • Adult Filter: All / Adult only / Non-adult
  • Proxy Traffic: All / Proxy only / Non-proxy


8: User Engagement Level:

  • High - High CTR, low volume, higher CPC
  • Medium - Balanced CTR and volume
  • Low - Lower CTR, high volume, lower CPC


9: Traffic Type:

  • Direct Exclusive Traffic: ideal for testing.
  • Third-Party IDs Traffic: Recommended for scaling and reaching more sources. It can boost performance and improve your campaign’s chances of success.


10: Source Management (Optional):

  • Include or exclude specific Source IDs and Sub Source IDs


11: Timing:

Set the campaign schedule:

  • Run 24/7
  • Or define specific active hours by the GEO timezone.

12: Budget Setup:

Define your:

  • Daily Budget (required)
  • Total Budget (optional)

☆ Make sure you implement postbacks correctly!


When you finish with the configuration tools, click “Submit & Activate,” And you are all set!

Now, you need to wait for your campaign approval.
