Global Blacklist - Across Your Account

Global Blacklist  - Across Your Account

1. What Is the Global Blacklist?

The Global Blacklist is a centralized exclusion list that applies automatically to all current and future campaigns in your AdMaven account. It allows advertisers to block:

  1. Source IDs – Primary traffic source identifiers.
  2. Sub Source IDs – Granular segments within a source.
  3. IP Addresses or Ranges – Specific IPs or entire blocks of traffic.

This list ensures problematic sources are blocked systemwide, eliminating the need for manual updates per campaign.

2. Which Campaigns Are Affected?

The Global Blacklist applies to all campaigns, by default.

No need to manually assign it per campaign.

Before blacklisting, make sure a source isn’t converting in specific campaigns!

3. When and Why to Use a Global Blacklist?

  1. Suspicious or bot traffic
  2. Arbitrage patterns with poor ROI
  3. Brand safety risks
